In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day hands-on operations of the facility(ies), including life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with company policies and processes; manage coordination of facility related activities to internal team members including external service providers and contractors. This role will occasionally require travel to our Southern California labs in Irvine and El Segundo.Essential responsibilities: Schedules and documents necessary repairs and preventive maintenance of building, equipment, and systems.Oversee any building projects or renovations for multiple locations. Provides technical input and guidance as needed for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining equipment, and recommends appropriate solutions.Oversees janitorial staff, responsible for cleanliness and organization of building.Responsible for implementing on-line full-service maintenance system.Coordinates work with outside contractors as necessary.Coordinates the maintenance, calibration, and function of both the Utility Pad and Laboratory tools and instruments.Liaison between functional areas, other divisions, or other customers within the company.
